- Desired arrival and departure dates · to check availability;
- Number of adults and children · to tailor our response;
- Message content · to understand your request.

2.2. Availability calendar
The calendar displayed on the Availability page does not record any personal data from visitors. It only synchronises closed dates (ongoing reservations, manual closures) from our internal sources.
2.3. Attendance statistics (coming soon)
A Google Analytics audience measurement solution is likely to be deployed on the site soon. If so, a consent banner will be presented to you on your first visit, in accordance with CNIL recommendations. No audience measurement cookies will be placed without your explicit consent.
3. Data recipients
Your personal data is intended exclusively for the site publisher (Antonin Lebas). It is neither sold, nor transferred, nor rented to third parties.
However, some technical service providers may be required to process or host this data strictly within the scope of their services:

Transfers outside the European Union · transfers to Apple Inc. (iCloud) and Google LLC (Analytics) are governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that provided by the GDPR.
4. Data retention period
- Contact form data · retained for 3 years from your last contact with the publisher, then deleted or securely archived to meet legal obligations (proof, accounting retention if applicable).
- Technical data (server logs) · retained for a maximum of 12 months for security purposes.
- Anonymised audience measurement data (Google Analytics, coming soon) · retained for 14 months in accordance with CNIL recommendations.
