The studio

23 m², and for two people at most

I'm Antonin, and I rent out L'Écrin des Nymphes myself. It's a 23 m² studio on the first floor of a quiet apartment building in La Baule-les-Pins, with a lift. It was fully renovated in 2025.

The double bed folds into the wall and has a proper mattress. In the daytime it goes up and the sofa takes its place. The kitchenette has a fridge, a microwave and a Nespresso machine. Bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. On the small balcony, a table and two chairs.

A private parking space is included. The building's tennis court and the bikes are free for your whole stay.

Two things to know before you book: there is no air conditioning, and the balcony looks onto greenery, not the sea.

Beach, station, market: how far on foot

Worked out from the building's address, following the streets.

La Baule-les-Pins station
6 min on foot
Nearest shops, avenue Lajarrige
750 m, 9 min on foot
Les Pins market, avenue Lajarrige
800 m, 10 min. Tuesday and Saturday, plus Thursday in July and August
The beach, at the end of avenue de la Grande Dune
1.2 km, a quarter of an hour on foot, 6 min by bike

The building is on a small street north of La Baule-les-Pins station, on the forest side. To get to the beach you walk down avenue Lajarrige, the neighbourhood's shopping street where the market is held, cross place des Palmiers and follow avenue de la Grande Dune to the seafront.

So you're not right on the beach. With the studio's bikes the beach is six minutes away, and in the evening you come back to a residential street at the edge of the pines.

Distances and times worked out in October 2026 from OpenStreetMap walking and cycling routes, rounded. Market days: 2026 market listings from the town of La Baule-Escoublac.
