Julien's wine cellar, Romain's kitchen

In the heart of La Baule, Vigne & Fourchette is the wine bar that Julien (Silver Wine Merchant 2020) and Romain envisioned as a lively place where you can discover 150 wine references from artisan winemakers, characterful champagnes, craft beers, and a selection of spirits chosen for their stories.

You can buy to take away, but mainly enjoy on-site: Romain prepares simple, fresh, and shared cuisine, perfectly paired with the bottles recommended by Julien.

The concept is simple: you choose a bottle from the shelf, sit down, and share.

Quick lunch, shared dinner

At lunchtime, options available on-site or to take away: carefully prepared daily special, platter, toast, or chef's suggestion, with a recommended glass to accompany.

In the evening, it's all about shared cuisine: charcuterie boards (truffle, Bayonne ham), aged cheeses, bruschettas, burratas with confit tomatoes, and seasonal dishes. All in an intimate and warm atmosphere.

Regular wine tasting workshops are also organised to delve deeper into the world of wines.

Reservations are recommended in the evening and during the season.

Antonin's advice

‘My favourite address for a no-fuss dinner for two: we ask Julien for advice on a bottle depending on our mood, order two or three platters from Romain, and have a perfect evening. The wine tasting workshops are really worth it if you stay for several days. Remember to book, the place is small.’
