The gourmet meeting point of the peninsula
In Pouliguen, the neighbouring commune of La Baule, the covered halls bring together vendors all year round: local fresh products, fruits and vegetables, seafood and fish, Breton cheeses and regional specialities.
Around the halls, the large outdoor market spills into the streets of the centre on market days, with stalls from producers, fresh produce and artisans. It's the place to know for shopping during your stay and tasting the local produce of the coast.
A lively market, human-sized, particularly bustling in the summer season when the halls open every day.

Antonin's advice
« I go in the morning for the freshly landed fish and seafood, and the Breton cheeses. In summer, we go every day: we get supplies for a picnic on the beach. Tip: arrive before 10:00 in peak season, it doesn't clear out afterwards. »
