A Baulois institution since 2007
Opened in 2007 in the heart of La Baule on the elegant Avenue Pavie, Le 14 Avenue was taken over in 2021 by Céline Drion. Together with Chef Antoine Le Moal, the team has brought the establishment to the top · awarded a Fork and a Plate in the Michelin Guide for the quality of service and dishes.
The dining room, reimagined around an underwater universe, offers an elegant atmosphere · softly lit exposed stone wall, burnt orange velvet armchairs, designer light fixtures, marine illustrations on the walls. An open kitchen allows guests to observe the team at work. A sunny terrace extends service during fine weather.
The fish, treated with respect
The establishment advocates a clear approach · enhancing the fish, preserving it without alteration. The products primarily come from the Breton and Vendéen coasts, with a focus on line-caught fish. The result: clean plates, precise cooking, preserved marine flavours.
Some signatures · roasted turbot with seasonal vegetables, tuna tournedos with cajun spices, monkfish leg, crab-shrimp-grapefruit delight and lobster, marinated sardine fillets. For dessert, the Valrhona chocolate sphere or the citrus pavlova beautifully conclude the meal. Reservation by phone only at +33 2 40 60 09 21.

Antonin's advice
« For a special occasion in La Baule, this is my go-to gastronomic recommendation in the area. The quality-price ratio is excellent for the level of cuisine. Ask if there is turbot or monkfish of the day when ordering, these are the true signatures. Book by phone 5-7 days in advance during the season, even more for evening service. »
